We deliver to the United States, Canada, Asia, the United Kingdom, Australia, the EU, and worldwide.

Processing times vary based on the product:

• Flash Sale / Quick-ship styles: Dispatched within 24 hours.

• Standard styles: Requires 3 - 5 business days.

The estimated processing duration is indicated on the product page. Upon shipment, a shipping notification will be sent to your email, including tracking information and the expected delivery date.

3. Customs and Import Duty

Ruannuan™ does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e., goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us.

• Buyer Responsibility: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs charges imposed by their country.

• Taxes and Duties: Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.

• Payment: All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyer's) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

• Assistance: In general, only a small number of countries require customs clearance. If unfortunately, your order needs to clear customs tax, please contact us directly first.
